Being that I have this exhibition coming up in January. I've been making chassis and stretching canvas more than I have in a long time. I always get more jazzed about painting when it comes to showing the work in public. I'm one of those that always love showing the newest paintings I've made. Trying to make sure I don't hold anything back...no longer deciding to keep work for myself. The paintings deserve to be out there with people. I have plenty of time to spend with them, but when a new painting comes around, the others get put off to the side anyway. Make room for the new.
